The concens is that you need exactly 2 quarts. Too much or too less oil can be harmful
to the engine. Inspect your bike when you get it back, before riding. The oil level shouldn't
be above the marker on the window. Let the engine run for a minute or two and check again.
If it has lowered have them refill some, but not above this level.
Two quarts of oil is the exact amount if you want to change it yourself in the future. Which you should
if you want to know what has been done and have it done right.
My experience with most dearlerships, no matter if car or bike: 90% of them is for the garbage.
This applies to Germany at least, I'm not so sure about the States. Might be a bit better at your place
